General Guidelines:
- For articles, Microsoft Word is the preferred format.
- Manuscripts should be typed in English or Bengali language (for Bengali language use Avro Keyboard Software in Microsoft Word).
- Contributors are required to adhere to the journal’s Article format.
- Text, tables, and figures must all be contained in a single Microsoft Word file in order for a manuscript to be accepted for publication electronically.
- The title of the article for English language should be bold, centred, and typed in capital letters in Times New Roman front, 14 point size and for Bengali language should be bold, centred, and typed in Kalpurush front 16 point size.
- A centred block of 12 point Times New Roman (for English language) and 14 point Kalpurush (for Bengali language) should be used to format the author(s) information (which should include their complete names and titles, as well as the names of their organisations), as well as their e-mail addresses and contact information (which should include mobile and landline phone numbers), below the title.
- All papers must include a brief abstract that summarises the content of the manuscript. The whole length of the abstract, including keywords, should not be more than 100 to 300 words in length. It should be in italic and properly justified section of the text. It should be able to summarise the study’s history, methodologies, major findings (if any), and conclusion in a few phrases.
- 3-6 keywords are necessary to be included in the work of the author(s). The keywords should be provided in alphabetical order, with commas between them and a full stop at the end of the list of keywords.
- There must be between 2000 and 5000 words in the text to be considered complete. A 12 point Times New Roman font (for English language) and 14 point Kalpurush (for Bengali language) should be used with a 1-inch margin on both sides. It should be single-spaced with a 1-inch margin on both sides. Ensure that everything is written in a clear and succinct way, and that there are no spelling or grammatical errors.
- In the main body of the paper, you should include all of the tables and figures you used.
- In the research paper/articles, all equations should be numbered consecutively in parentheses, horizontally centred, and with the equation number on the right side of the page.
- When the paper is submitted, it must not have been accepted for publication or be under consideration by another journal.
- Author(s) must have to submit article/paper through email along with The DNC Journal’s copyright form (by handwritten) properly.
- Each work will initially be read by the editor before being forwarded to referees for blind review and consideration.
- The research articles will be published on the basis of the suggestions of the editorial board members and reviewers.
- The evaluation procedure will take two to three months.
- Among the factors considered by the Editor in determining whether to accept a submission for publication are the assessment reports of the reviewers, the originality and relevance of the themes covered in the work, and the potential contribution to the journal.
- The authors will only be contacted via email if their manuscript has been selected for publication.
Guidelines for References:
- Use the 7th Edition of American Psychological Association (APA) format for references.
- At the end of the article, the authors should include an alphabetical list of all of the references they used.
- The writers should only list references that are genuinely used in the text and not those that are just referenced.
